David Gallagher is the person whom happenstance guided to begin asking the questions that summoned the idea of a DIOSsm method for information organization. Seed insights began arriving in 1986. Since then, David has devoted himself as best he could to bringing forth the DIOS-method idea. He has been working on it full-time since 2003. |
